We are been actively involved in the Research & Development, The Technology part of the program stands on two IPR (patents):

• Su-Darshan Yantra: A customized embedded device specially designed for mass education having a Projecting device of high brightness with inbuilt memory of 160GB with recording facility just using a remote. Operable by a computer illiterate; designed for rural people. Product research, design and manufacturing is done by Gumbi Software. The product has been approved by ETDC, STQC labs, GOI. Appreciated by DR. C.E. Venimadhavan, Chief Executive, and Society for Innovation and Development, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.
  
  
• Education Codec: Dual Compression over dual channel. In order to maintain interactivity between the studio and the classroom, and to conduct classes from distant places data needs to sent through different channel; the satellite being the most suited for rural areas. But two way communications over satellite would not be economic and requires computer savvy at every classroom end. In order to face this issue Gumbi has bought in DVB-RCT i.e digital video broadcasting, reverse channel via terrestrial. This technology has proved itself since then to benefit a large mass at rural.
